This is where we map out the structure of the site, discuss functionality, and make sure we’re aligned before any design work begins.

Once we know what you need, we design a custom layout that fits your brand. This includes the overall look, user experience, and mobile-first structure.

You’ll see the design and have the chance to give feedback before we move into development.

We build the site on our local NVMe servers in Cape Town and Johannesburg using clean, secure WordPress code. The focus is on speed, reliability, and good Core Web Vitals.

Everything is developed with future growth in mind so the site can expand as your business does.

You get a full review round. We test the site thoroughly for speed, mobile performance, security, and functionality before anything goes live.

We only move forward once you’re happy with how everything looks and works.

When the site is ready, we launch it with free website migration and zero downtime. We also provide a clear handover so you know how to manage the basics.

After launch you can continue with optional ongoing support and our hands-on WP Rescue service if you ever need deeper help.

How long does the whole process usually take?
Most standard business websites take between 2 and 6 weeks from the first conversation to launch, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback comes back.

Do I need to provide all the content myself?
You can supply the content, or we can help with structure and copywriting if needed. We’ll discuss this during the planning stage.

Will I be able to update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. We build on WordPress so you can make basic text and image updates yourself. We also offer ongoing support if you prefer us to handle it.

What happens if I need changes after launch?
Small adjustments are normal. Bigger changes can be handled as separate work or through an ongoing support arrangement.

Is migration from my old site included?
Yes. We include free website migration with every project so you don’t have downtime or technical headaches.
